Had to laugh at the marshmallow dilemma though. Doesn't seem fair, does it? I am so with you sister! I'll be here in my dark apartment with no light at all meditating part of the time and other times just letting thoughts flow freely - maybe even talking into a battery-operated recorder should the urge strike.
