Sometimes you feel that what you are doing isn’t big enough or important enough.  But in my heart, I know that every microscosm of activity has the potential to explode into bigness.  You just never know which one.  Zen philosophy says the only solution is to do each thing with all your heart – and without expectations. 

I like the idea of approaching even small things as if they matter.  You never know what might come of it.  Maybe nothing, maybe joy.  Either way, you can feel good knowing you’ve done your best.
